Yoga is an art for development of body, mind and spirit. Continuous practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible and also brings sense of peace of mind. School students and teachers with this feeling celebrated the spirit of yoga day on 21st June with millions across the world as a part of International Yoga Day. One of our school student Alka Periwal demonstrated few asana.
Rightly said “Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind”, the school has introduced for the students practice of yoga-like breath control and relaxation, every morning before assembly.
