Our Lady of Lourdes, Lourdes Day

The management, staff and students of Lourdes Convent School celebrated the Feast Day of Our Lady of Lourdes.
The day marked the commemoration of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to a young girl, Bernadette Soubirous, in Lourdes, France, in 1858. The Management had organized a series of religious events to honor the Virgin Mary and foster spiritual growth among the faithful. The celebration began with a solemn Mass led by Father Mickey in the morning. The sermon emphasized the significance of Our Lady of Lourdes' intercession and the importance of healing, hope, and faith.
The school program featured music, dance, and drama performances. The performances were centered around the theme of Marian devotion, highlighting the life of Bernadette. It served as an opportunity for the Lourdes Family to come together, celebrate their faith, and showcase their talents.
