Children’s day was celebrated on 14th November at Lourdes convent high school with a great pomp and joy.
The stage was beautified with wonderful backdrop. Students in their colorful attires made the environment lively . To add cherry on the cake teachers danced on lively songs, sang melodious and heart touching songs who held beautiful meaning in the words. A street play was presented to the students which gave us a message on how the current generation is getting slaves of technology and losing emotional bond from their loved ones. The play had hilarious scenes which were very relatable to the students which was the highlight of the play.
The principal’s addressed students as angels who are born to make a difference in the society by their words and actions which was very heart warming for the students.
As a token of love,the school management and teachers distributed gift and sweets to the students.
