A farewell program was organized in Lourdes Convent Higher Secondary School in the month of February for the students of std 12. The students of standard 11 along with the teachers initiated to give their seniors a memorable farewell. The theme of the program was ‘be a torch bearer. A skit entitled ‘THE REUNION’ was performed by the students to give their seniors a recap of their school life followed by a soulful song sung and a heartfelt farewell speech. The principal addressed the audience and inspired them to become beautiful human beings as they step out of their second home. Pretty smiles and happy tears was how the day ended for all. Thus, it was indeed a great farewell.
