Diwali, the Festival of Lights was celebrated on a grand scale with great enthusiasm at the Lourdes Convent School. The event commenced with a prayer service. This was followed by several intentions by our dear teachers. Further, a skit highlighting the true essence of the festival was presented by the Primary Students. That was followed by many breathtaking dance performances of the students. At last the Principal addressed the gathering and made the students aware about their obligations to their fellow citizens and the environment during the festival and greeted everyone. Later, some members of the student council also shared their views regarding the same.
