On 4th December 2019, a Declamation competition was held for the students of Std V-VIII to hone the oratory skills among the students. One student from each class participated. They had to select a famous personality and deliver an excerpt from the speech in three minutes. The participants took the stage with aplomb and their performance was incredible. It reflected the fact that they had well understood that great inspiring speeches are examples of great oratory which have the power to appeal to the sentiments and stir up the emotions of the listeners -emotions of emancipation, patriotism, etc.
