Children's Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, independent India’s first Prime Minister. This occasion was celebrated on 14th November 2019 with great splendour and grandeur.
It was a fun-filled day for students of Lourdes Convent School. The programme began with a prayer, dances and tributes to Chacha Nehru, followed by power-packed performances by the teachers which set the stage on fire. The students were overwhelmed and they cheered their teachers as they saw them on stage. The campus was buzzing with excitement and joy.
