Lourdes Convent celebrated teachers’ day with much splendour and pomp. Honourable Manager Sr. Bertha, Rev. Principal Sr. Bindhu and Respected Primary in charge Sr. Edwina and other dignitaries graced the occasion. The students took the opportunity to express their gratitude and appreciation to the teachers with a warm Teacher’s Day speech. It was proceeded by a range of vibrant cultural programs which made the event special and memorable.
The day was celebrated with a colorful cake-cutting ceremony by the teachers. Students showered the teachers with rose petals and presented chocolate roses to them. The programme wrapped up with the blessings of the Principal and Manager followed by the National Anthem.
