The Annual Sports Day of Lourdes Convent School was celebrated amidst great mirth, verve and merriment. The Chief Guest escorted by the Principal inspected the four house contingents. Next, a spectacular, impressive, and a well synchronized March past by the high school and Primary houses lead by the Head girl, assistant head girl and the four house prefects rendered the spectators, speechless and awestruck.
The most intriguing aspect, embellishing the event, was the splendid field displays, involving mass student participation, which splattered on the field a riot of hues and vibrance.
This was followed by track events and fun games.
This entailed the Prize Distribution ceremony, where the chief guest gave away certificates and trophies to the sport event winners.
